This Saturday the 14th of March, Keilor Little Athletics Club will be running the heats of the Tim Golder (female) and Zulq Haider (male 100 metre handicap races starting at 8:30am sharp.
If you are on the start list for the heats of these 100m handicaps (see below), please be at the track by 8:15am so we can start the heats on time.
Athletes who not arrive before 8.15 am will be substituted by an emergency to ensure we do not delay the start of the Sat program.
The list of qualifiers and emergency athletes are listed below. Athletes were selected on the following basis:
Athletes or their families had applied to enter the handicap.
Athletes and families had met participation and duty requirements.
The fastest 100m runner in each age group, if meeting 1) and 2), got automatic selection.
If the fastest 100m runner in an age group had not nominated for the handicap, the 2nd fastest got selected if they had nominated.
Remaining athletes were randomly selected.
