Setting the Agenda!

•     The Centre Secretary, Kerry Ware is responsible for compiling the agenda.

•     *Member's may request in writing (or via email) that their item(s) are placed on the agenda. Click on the mailbox above to email Kerry Ware.

•     Agenda's will be listed here approx. one week before scheduled meeting date.

•     Meetings will be held in the Tim Golder Committee Room .

Optional Attendees:-

Committee members and *KLAC members.

Note: A KLAC members are welcome to attend Exec meetings. If you are interested in attending, for practical reasons, you are asked to provide 48 hours notice to Kerry Ware. Kerry will confirm your attendance. If a member wants an issue addressed or an idea discussed by the Executive (at the next available meeting) then this should be put in writing and forwarded to Kerry.
