Cross Country starts on Saturday 3^rd May 2008.
 Existing and New members are welcome to join at anytime!!!!

Cross Country is great for the kid's fitness and is a relaxed environment for both the kids and the parents.  Keilor Little Athletics would love to see even more Keilor kids competing each week this coming Cross Country season than we have had in previous years.   In 2007 Keilor won the Regional Centre Championship Trophy for the fourth year out of the past five. Once again this year with the delay to the junior footy season why not consider coming down (and bring your mates) and try it out. It can’t hurt: the only danger is you may get fit!
