Welcome to Week 14 of Season 2008-09 - Competition WILL start at 9:00am. Athletes are asked to arrive by 8:45am for a prompt start to events. Parents/guardians on duty this day are also asked to report to the duty roster manager by 8:45am.Please note, if if rostered volunteers are not forthcoming or late then events are likely to be cancelled.
Keilor LAC / Essendon LAC Invitational
Competition resumes with an invitational event with Essendon LAC. Last year Essendon LAC hosted the inaugral invitational event and this year it is KLAC's turn. We hope for a really good turnout from athletes/families of both Centres. Each agre group will do five events.  The program is pretty straight forward, with 100s and then 70s on the front track, 200s into the back track, and 400s and 800s on the circular. All age groups will have at least one field event.
