2009/10 Registration Process

Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process for season 2009/10 (1st week of competition Saturday, 26th September 2009). New prospective members should read information in Step 1 before proceeding and if further details are required please email our Club registrar Dana Hill with your enquiries.

Step 2

Complete the registration form enclosed. Up to 3 children can be registered on the same Registration Form (include returning and any new members). 

v     Please note that children must have turned 5 to start Little Aths.

v     If you have a new family member to register, you can include his/her details on the same Registration Form – please also include a copy of the birth certificate for each new member.

Please ensure the Payment Options section is fully completed if paying by credit card.

Determine membership payment, including registration fees and your family’s $30 contribution to the Centre Development Fund.

 

 
Step 5

Check you have completed all items according to the checklist.

Send completed registration and parent’s duty roster forms, including payment* if paying by cheque, money order (or complete the appropriate credit card section on the Registration form)  to :
